Hi everyone,
I will be getting double mastectomy with nipple grafts pretty soon and surgery is my biggest fear. Not dying from surgery, just the creepy fact that they are cutting me open and fear of anesthesia. (I made the mistake of watching surgery videos of the process of what they will do lol) I have a irrational thought of being paralyzed but feeling everything or what if you feel everything but the anesthesia makes you forget when you wake up…
Anyone that had a terrible fear of this but was able to overcome it?
Any advice is welcome, I’m excited but absolutely terrified ðŸ˜
Thanks!!
