Post Body

I am currently 1 month post op. I go back to work at the airport in January. I work with lost and found bags. As you know, bags weigh 40lbs up to almost 100lbs. I have one month to recover and get back to lifting weights at home. My highest dumbbell is 20lbs. So nothing too crazy, I just want to know what y'all did to get your strength back. What mobility exercises or just regular workouts did you do the first few months after surgery? I'm not trying to over train, just get me back to my normal strength. I never had big biceps or abs, I think the most I could of lifted was 100lbs at the gym. Also how many months did it take you for you to lift your arms up?
