Hi y’all! Having top surgery in one week. I’m looking to make a spreadsheet for friends to fill out times they can help me w things (stripping drains, bringing a meal, sponge shower etc) and was wondering if anyone had a template for a spreadsheet or a good aftercare plan that worked for them?
