Good/potentially good villains in meh movie

Lockdown(transformers Age of Extinction): this movie was absolute garbage, but honestly Lockdown as an antagonist had a lot of potential and a really interesting concept. The idea of a transformer who isn’t a decepticon or autobot and doesn’t take sides in the war and works on a higher scale of motivation is a really cool premise.
- Gorr the god butcher(Thor Love and Thunder): we all know this one, Gorr was honesty the best part of this movie and could’ve been an amazing villain. But the movie is severely lacking in a lot of ways, and his character stood out as the only good thing
