Unable to teleport anywhere

Whenever I try to teleport anywhere or leave the place outside the headquarters I cannot move or anything. My game doesn't freeze and I can still talk but I am stuck like that until I restart, what should I do? It didn't work yesterday and I tried again today and still nothing. Also tried on 2 different computers
