Every time I listen the to Culling Voices, it’s like this really quick moment. It starts, and before I know it, it’s over...
But like, it’s like I don’t get this song. I feel like it’s like Tool improved a song, and this is what they can just make up in a moment.
I think that’s what’s weird about it. To me, it sounds like an improvised song by the band that takes years to finish an album. It’s better than most stuff any other group/artist could make, even if given 13 years.
I think that maybe I just don’t get it now, but will in the future. Maybe I’ll be falsely labeled with some mental challenge or something, and I’ll get this some while admiring a rugs topography
