Did they just retcon it and we're suppose to forget how shady our LI was being? They dissappear in the middle of the night with Candace and we get no explanation at all. Then they're on a date for like two hours longer than everybody else and when we finally find them they're sitting awfully close in a secluded spot. Was our LI even gonna end the date if MC didn't show up? And we're supposed to be jumping up and down and pretend everything's good just because they didn't make out?? lmao what about everything else??? THEN, even if you've been 100% loyal, the story and our LI frames MC as the shady one whose stuck between two people because she had ONE conversation with Liam AFTER her boyfriend already started acting all weird with another girl?
