If someone punches me in the face while wearing a latex glove, can I add on charges of sexual harassment if I claim I have a latex fetish? Also, can I claim bioterrorism if I'm allergic to it as well?

Yeah, that about does it for my question. I assume the first initial charge would be battery, then sexual harassment, and then bioterrorism.
Got deleted on NoStupidQuestions for being a troll/joke question, but I have genuine curiosity so I figured I'd ask here.
