I can hear my neighbours talking when they're outside of their house. I often hear the daughter in the family, who must be in her 30s, talk like a baby around her parents. She doesn't do it to me or anyone else outside the family setting.
I don't know them well enough to ever ask. I'm just curious as to why she might do it? Does anyone here do it?
When I say baby, I don't mean gu-gu gah-gah. It's more like a little girl, affecting an uwu voice (I believe it's called?). But she doesn't strike me as the type of person who would even know what that is, especially as I've heard her do it for the past 20 years.
