Is it possible to maintain a healthy billion dollar business and gives fair wages, and not rip anyone off?

I’ve been hearing how many people are leaving their jobs due to unfair pay, lack of benefits, and the like(me included). However, I get how businesses or at the very least the ones higher up, do so to maintain being a billionaire and having this billion dollar company. I just want to know if it’s possible to be a billionaire, have a billion dollar company, pay their employees fairly with benefits, and comply with taxes. Like how hard is that?
