Is it possible to maintain a healthy billion dollar business and gives fair wages, and not rip anyone off?
Post Body

Iโ€™ve been hearing how many people are leaving their jobs due to unfair pay, lack of benefits, and the like(me included). However, I get how businesses or at the very least the ones higher up, do so to maintain being a billionaire and having this billion dollar company. I just want to know if itโ€™s possible to be a billionaire, have a billion dollar company, pay their employees fairly with benefits, and comply with taxes. Like how hard is that?
