What is meant by "I have no sympathy for anti-vaxxers?"

You wanted them to get vaxxed because you didn't want them to die? Now that they refuse the vax, you're OK if they die? If this is not what you mean, please clarify. I am fully vaxxed, btw. I'm just trying to understand the idea of having no sympathy for anti-vaxxers.
