Does anyone just get angry or pissed then after they calm down you feel like your fov change or that you can literally see things clearer now?

It happens to me every time but not just after I get angry, sometimes after I work out or after I get frustrated and just take a break and watch a funny video, I then look up and feel kind of refreshed and my fov feels like it changed. I can see things clearer after while before it felt like everything was zoomed in and/or blurry. It’s weird and I wanna know if it happens to others too.
