My manger has been trying to fire me for months and I can’t tell if it’s because she doesn’t like me or I’m really that bad of an employee. Here’s a list of things I think might make me a bad employee:
-Space out at times -Forget things often (step-stool in aisle, how to do certain tasks, closing procedures, etc.) -Don’t know how to do a lot bc lack of training from past manager -Laid back attitude instead of go getter attitude -Not willing to take on extra shifts
side note, I work retail in a small store (usually not very busy) with maybe one or two other employees at a time.
