For context, I'm a 20y/o college student. When the pandemic started getting bad, I was very vigilant of the rules and stayed home. But over the summer I started getting a little burnt out from caring. Now, I go to stores (masked) quite regularly, I do not wear a mask regularly at work, I go to indoor restaurants to eat, I see friends unmasked and without socially distancing, etc.
Can someone please provide me a refresher of how to stay safe from the pandemic? I want to renew my efforts of actually participating and doing my part to help the pandemic end sooner. I've been feeling guilty thinking about my half-assed efforts. In the same vein, what should we be doing for the holidays to stay safe too?
