"civilian forces that can counteract a tyrannical federal government"
In this case the health insurance company and its legal duty to provide profits to shareholders (as per federal courts), led to practices that caused thousands of civilian deaths.
The government (as lawmaker) sanctions the deaths, and can therefore be construed as tyrannical. This is then civilian force fighting back to protect people.
Surely this is what the US proclaims as the reason for arming civilians?
What are you taking? You’ve done some grand mental gymnastics that still fails to land anywhere near a logical conclusion
