Did I get ghosted?

If you message someone constantly on snap (my idea not his) he sends you a good morning message after making a snap about how good morning and good night texts can change your whole mood. But then snaps are only delivered. Tinder also says not read. Would you take that as being ghosted or think something might have happened?
The night of the good morning message we were supposed to meet up. I'm not blocked or removed on Snapchat.
