Edit after dorks: at a club/party scene

I feel like I am sort of lost my skills. Coming to early 30s still single kills my confidence even more.

I am relatively charming dude. I catch eyes of woman in friends groups checking out me. Sometimes coming and even talking.(There's no problem when this happens). But when it's my time to pick, not be picked, then I am having big time trouble recently to go talk, do the first openers etc.

What are your tips on this, what would you say?

I would appreciate opinions as a foreigner in Northern European countries more.(to visualize language difference).

White guy here(in case there would be assumptions of race wise discrimination. Never experienced. White guy, can grow beard to provide max info on this :) )
