I (30f) have always been in good shape and have never been a plus sized person (I weigh about 125lbs). I do have a few close friends who are plus sized but I feel like every time we hang out the topic always rolls around to weight and comparing their health journey to mine. I never really know what to say to these friends that complain about their weight, or not having trendy clothes that come in their size, etc. Usually I just try and hold space for them and let them vent as much as they need to, but I donβt really know the best way to respond. Is there a response that would be supportive and kind?
