Why are white women so vilified by organizations/people that represent marginalized groups in America?

I always see people blame white women when it comes to things like the #metoo movement, causes relating to POC in Hollywood, the woke movement, and many more civil rights issues. What causes people to target this specific group a lot?
I mean this in relation to both conservative and liberal white women.
