Why haven't Poland or Turkey betrayed NATO, and aligned themselves with Putin's Russia?

Both are very autocratic regimes like Russia, very culturally and economically conservative countries, very unlike most of their western allies. So what makes them so anti-Russia, when ideologically there seems to me to be very little distance between Erdogan's Turkey, the current ruling party of Turkey, and Putin's Russia? All three countries oppress the LGBT community, restrict abortion rights, and reject secularism in some way. Is there something I'm missing?
