So I wasn't sure where to put this but I don't know who to talk to about this.

I got interested in sex later than a lot of my friends, I wasn't interested until I was almost 21. I then proceeded to have a bad experience that turned my off all sex and relationships before I'd ever even tried them, for the next decade. Now I am 30 and I want to have a relationship but I have never dated or even really had sex and now I am lonely and just want to share my life with someone. My problem is, I can go on bumble or hinge or other apps but the lack of experience is putting me off. Should I say anything? Should I keep quiet and hope for the best? Brutal opinions on how to approach this would be welcome! Would you care?

Also I am an introvert so it is hard to meet people in person!
