Has anyone had penis enlargement/recommend a certain procedure?

This topic came up because of a co-worker who had a procedure done (not necessarily because he was small but him and his wife are into A LOT of different things) and he highly recommended it. I’m comfortable with my own and haven’t had ant complaints, but if I could safely go bigger why not right? Haha but I didn’t know if the surgeries were aesthetically pleasing afterwards, I wouldn’t want to ruin what’s been perfectly fine this far or risk it if it wasn’t worth it.
