Are gay people uncomfortable when the same sex look at them while changing and other similar things ?

So we know that straight girls/boys are uncomfortable when the opposite sex looks at them in uncomfortable places, say when theyโre changing or their skirts are exposed. But do gay people experience this uncomfortableness when the same sex does this? Because generally boys are fine with boys looking at them, and the same thing with girls.
