Hey friends, thanks for your feedback and insights. I made the purchase and itโs being delivered on July 6th. Iโm super excited to take my initial assessment and set up my profile.
Iโm 45, 6โ 230lbs. I have a beefy build and carry it relatively well, most people would imagine I weigh far less. Iโve been weight training for the last 6 months, but my current goal is really to lean out, tone up and drop about 20 lbs.
Any recommendations on an initial program or routine to help me achieve those goals?
