Me and my girlfriend have had a Global Journey package purchased since January 2020 that we have been rolling over each year so far. I chose the option to roll it over to 2022 last year but things have changed since then and it is no longer good timing for us to attend this year.

I tried reaching out to Tomorrowland support to try and convert my package into a voucher but they were wildly unhelpful and just told me to do a name change. Does anybody have any advice on how or where I could go about finding people to do a name change with and get my money back?

I'm also a little confused on the name change process because I am the main buyer, if I change the name of not only my girlfriend but myself as well, will it then transfer to the new main buyers account?
