Exploring Brussels before Tomorrowland

So I purchased the global journey package that arrives at Brussels airport at 7:45 on Thursday and leaves the morning after Tomorrowland. This will be my first time in Belgium so I would like to explore the city for even just a few hours before going to Boom. If I decide not to take the shuttle straight to Boom from the airport, what would be my next best way in getting to the festival grounds after I'm done exploring the city? Thanks!
