Mezro ideas?

So after the PCs went to Firefinger they bee-lined it straight to Mezro. I don't want to throw in a large adventure or (mini) campaign length content for Mezro (I know of two adventures covering Mezro) as the campaign will be long enough already (we play online). Anybody have any ideas of how to handle Mezro?
