In the first chapter Akira tells Haise (paraphrasing) that the Q's are designed to become stronger than Arima and that is the goal of the Q's project and that's why Haise is training them. She also said at one point that if any of the Q's were to surpass Arima he (Haise) would have to surpass him first.
So do you think that now Akaneki has surpassed Arima or that it doesn't count since he's no longer "Haise"? Could this mean that Akaneki/Kaneki will still train one of the quinckes (Shirazu!?) to actually surpass Arima?
