Need some advice, only have one day for Disney

Hi All,
So planning a 5 day trip to tokyo and only have 1 day carved out for disney, not sure how to tackle. Staying onsite is rather expensive, looking at tdoing disneysea and then if we have time head over to disneyland proper. Is one day with commuting in the morning from Tokyo doable? We are going the last day of Feb.
