Mobile SUICA Options

I had Mobile SUICA on my Android phone...had, as it has decided to stop working for whatever reason. And Docomo was completely useless in finding a resolution, other than "buy a new phone."
I have a shinkansen ticket linked to the mobile SUICA card, but seeing as how I can no longer use it on my phone...does anyone know of any other options? Stations stopped selling physical cards so I'm SOL there.
