Advice on speaking

I just got my TOEFL results and all sections went great...except for speaking. Reading 29, listening 30, writing 28, and Speaking sticks up like a sore thumb at 23. Now, I am perfectly fluent and speak English on a professional level daily, yet I consider the Speaking section terribly designed just out of how unnatural it is. I have my next test on November 7 and need to get at least 25, any tips on how to deal with the speaking section?
