I find sometimes preteens/very young teens enjoy music like this. Especially if they're socially conscious but not yet very intellectual.
Really simple social messaging with a little bit of angst, easy to interpret lyrics, all set to basic pop production or a pop-punk band.
Pretty much the only market I can think of.
