Our club has grown quite quickly and we have several more potential members who will probably join shortly (hopefully in July! :) ). And several of the new members are very enthusiastic about giving speeches. So suddenly we're facing speech spots being at a premium. And I'm looking for advice on how to handle that.
I've asked our area director, at his next visit to our club, to talk briefly about the advantages of joining a second club (he's a man who certainly lives that principle).
And I'm aware that we need to make sure the quieter members get offered speech spots.
Any other suggestions?
