You may have heard there was a major earthquake in NZ Sunday night last week. I belong to a corporate club. Our office building was severely damaged in the quake, luckily it was nighttime, otherwise it's very possible some people would have been killed. We have been told we may never get anything back from this building.
Obviously we have a bunch of toastmasters material, from the Club Constitution, to our flag, to people's individual workbooks, including, of personal interest, my two completed manuals for my ACB that the Club Secretary was going to submit on the Monday.
Does Toastmasters have any procedures for this kind of loss? We can claim replacement costs via our company's insurance of course, I'm more thinking about the information.
