Whether you’re a Baby Boomer, GenX, Millennial, or GenZ, you are cordially invited to join us virtually for an engaging and open discussion aimed at “Bridging the Gap” and promoting collaboration among Toastmasters leaders of different generations. The workshop will focus on finding ways to work cohesively while maintaining independence as a leader within our own generational context.

• Understand how each generation approaches and utilizes technology.

Mentorship and Knowledge Transfer

• Emphasize the importance of cross-generational mentorship.
