I've been thinking lately of joining Toastmasters.
My career is one in which I'm behind a computer screen all day with no human interaction whatever. I really enjoy my career, however I've been thinking about moving up the career ladder into maybe a managerial position.
Problem is that I'm not good with speaking and have issues putting my thoughts together sometimes. And if I would need to speak to more than one person at a time, I tend to get flustered.
Would Toastmasters be able to help me with these issues?
