Hello I had to get a second job due to the horribly low amount of hours we've been getting, and it now wants me on full time so I think it's time I have to leave TJX. I have only been here about a year, and although I loved the job I couldn't survive on the hours and balancing both just isn't working anymore.

I want to quit in the most respectful way possible, this is probably a really stupid question but I hate confrontation and wondering the best way to do this. Is there a form we have to fill out? Do I just write a letter saying I'm giving them two weeks notice? Will they want me to stay on those two weeks since it will only be like 8 hours anyway that I will probably just give to someone else?

I don't have any way to email any of the managers or contact them without going in to physically speak to someone. What do you suggest?
