No worries. So this is definitely going to be an android focused environment. On your Google tv you’ll need to download a program called Downloader. It’s readily available in the Google tv App Store.

Once you have that you’ll have to run through a few steps to get it going because tivimate isn’t readily available in the Google play store. It has to be sideloaded via Downloaded.

I’m a bit high right now so I’m sure I’m like missing steps.

This is what I’ve used to download it and to also get familiar with setting it up.

Unfortunately tivimate isn’t available on TVOs which sucks because I love my Apple TV, but right now it’s just a secondary device for apple fitness and not much else. If Alex (the creator) would be able to port it to TVOs it would be a game changer.

Yeah so you can’t download tivimate directly from the Google tv store, but it will run on your Google tv device. It just has to be downloaded and installed via the app Downloader.

I’d get your Google tv set up first and make sure you’re all logged in.

Then where you go search for apps to download, search for Downloader.

You’ll need to enable developer options and set up the Google tv to be able to download apps from unknown sources.

I’m sure a quick Google of “install tivimate Google tv” should yield some helpful results.

It’s worth noting that you’ll need an IPTV service as well in order to get tivimate to show live TV.
