Best "One Button" Build?

So due to issues with my left hand I find myself sort of stymied on playing games with my mouse only.

I have been playing a ton of Grim Dawn with a One Button Build, and I was curious if Titan Quest had any similar setups? I am pretty open to just about any sort of build, it just needs to be playable with my mouse and 1 (up to 3 really) buttons. I assume a pet build of some sort would work best.

Any assistance, guides, etc would be greatly appreciated! I have the base game and both Ragnarok and Atlantis, but nothing past that at the moment.
