So I'm trying my combo of tirzepatide at 10 mg and semaglutide 1.250 mg and it looks like it's just started to work. The scale indicates that I went down by a few pounds so thank God I was getting a little worried that these peptides weren't going to work for me at regular Doses and I would have to take some crazy high amount for it to have an effect. So I think probably 2 to 3 lb a week is okay and healthy that's basically what I was losing when I was working out for like 4hours a day and doing a low-carb diet. This is definitely much more easy to manage than doing all that because now I can actually eat carbs and not have to worry about counting f****** carbohydrates. Although I'm still very conscious of my macros because I'm also you lifting and in the process of building my body. Anyway I just wanted to update you guys and cheers to all the lovely people out there who are finding success with. these medications
