Hey all. I seemed to realize that I’ve been going all night awake for the past few weeks. I don’t get sleepy until it’s like 9-10 a.m. and I mostly sleep when it’s daylight. I don’t think this is insomnia at all and I’m not even sure this is the correct subreddit for this. I can sleep at night when I really force myself to do so but other than that I sleep like at most 6 hours when it is broad daylight and continue my day until next morning. If any of you have any ideas on what this circumstance is or if you have any tips it is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
p.s: It is almost 4 a.m here and I have an exam to study for. I can only study at night in this case but it does not feel as productive as before.
