Pre-Covid , I handled the visa for one of our software engineers to come stateside from India. He brought me a treat and it was gluten free (he made sure,as I’m a celiac. The only thing in English was “gluten free”. ) It was ayellow/golden bars /squares and it was sweet and buttery. Light texture but had a slight crunch to it. It was fantastic but I do not know the name of it.
