So I was buying TM2 last week. Somehow i got charged for two of them (I wish I checked three times before clicking the button)
Since then I've been sending them daily emails asking to cancel the second vape or the whole order. Guess what, they never replied and sent me two of those devices yesterday. They are either too busy or too money-hungry to do any customer service. Bloody losers.
The saddest part is I rather liked the old Tinymight, but I am sure now that TM2 is absolutely not worth the money. I'll try to sell those bloody devices off ebay and stick with Mighty , because it is technically superior and Storz & Bickel have great customer support!
