Need help finding the cheapest pre-made tiny home/cabin available in Canada. It has to be liveable year round!

I am starting a permaculture farm near my hometown in the province of Québec. I want as little overhead as possible to get started, especially since perennial systems take a while to establish. That is why I am looking for a tiny pre-made home to live in. In time, it will only be used as a winter house since I plan on building an off-the-grid summer house elsewhere on the land.
I have a lot of trouble getting prices from the websites of pre-made house sellers. The websites I found don't have options for ordering houses by price or size. I would consider buying outside my province if the shipping cost makes sense. I was thinking of 50 000$ maximum but the less the better.
