I’ve seen a recent post about the cost of pre-made tiny houses being a conflict issue.
It made me think that we need to think about what a tiny house means to you.
Freedom - We’ve had a very successful business, the big house, the big mortgage, all the responsibility. We prefer the tiny house many times over.
Our tiny house is so convenient. Everything was purpose built for us. It was affordable enough that it’s all paid off. We have virtually no bills. Life is simple and enjoyable again.
There’s also the added benefit of freedom from too much space for material possessions. You don’t realize how much of a prison it becomes until you let it all go.
Time - there’s also so much extra time with reduced maintenance.
