What’s the appropriate amount of time to wait between messages?

I talk to a lot of women online, I basically look like mr.beast. I typically respond right away when I get a text from someone I’ve been talking to. Is that something that women pick up on? Does it make me seem like I like them too much? Is there a science to responding? Do women wait a certain amount of time between responses? How do I get her to make time to respond faster and appreciate that I respond fast? Am I just reading into this too much?
