Tinder ban...how to create new account?

Hi group - I'm sure this has happened to others and may have been answered several times, but would like some advice,
I was off Tinder for several months (found a girl)...went back to Tinder a few months later, my account was banned for 'inappropriate conduct'. No idea why, as I wasn't on Tinder the entire time, so i assume my account got hacked.
But now, I can't even create a new account because it's tied to my phone number. Any suggestions?
