Dowloaded Tims App but it keeps saying I already linked a card

Hey! so I downloaded the Tim's App and when I tried linking my card they said I already have a Tims Reward Card Number (and the number is false and not the one on my card). I tried registering again and the same thing happens with another card automatically being linked to my account.

It seems like whenever you download the app and try to register a card it already puts in a fake card code as yours with 0 points. This is super frustrating because I collected a bunch of points on my card and soon I won't be able to redeem anything I believe.

Anyone else facing the same thing?
