This is a follow up on a previous postabout a location that doesnāt know what extra sugar means (cane sugar and no, I canāt add the sugar packets because itās an iced coffee itās not going to melt). So after that I had a decent experience where other workers who made the drink knew what extra means and I didnāt have any negative experienceā¦ until today.
I ordered iced coffee for someone who wants extra cane sugar and after I got it I did a taste test because I knew it was the same guy (from my first encounter) that made the drink. I asked him for extra and he tells me he put extra and if I wanted more āI would have to pay extraā. Except itās not even remotely close to extra sugar and he knows that. So I asked for a manager and he tells me heās the manager so I got his name (already knew it from last time) and just left.
My question is whatās the most effective way to deal with this āmanagerā? Iām guessing heās telling the truth about that but I know heās not telling the truth about extra cane sugar AND I believe he told his staff not to give me the survey receipts.
I didnāt think this before until very recently they started telling me āitās randomā. I didnāt think much of it but now that I know this guy is the manager I would absolutely not be surprised if he did that.
