I have moved with my wife to Sweden a couple of weeks ago. Turns out it is quiet difficult to do anything without a personnummer. You can't have a bank account, you can't get a job and you can't even get a sim card. There might be a solution to this problem. Getting a temporary personal number but we do not now if this is true and how do we get it. We applied for personnummer when we arrived but all they said is we have to wait for couple of months and as we see it I do not know if we can bare like this for months.

I would like someone to help and guide me with this and also few list in order.

1. Is it possible to open bank account with temporary personnummer ? We have money in our bank and is it possible to transfer it to our swedish one ?!

2. Which bank is best to have and if they provide BankID and also if they have app in english !?

3. With temporary personnummer can I buy a phone number and which provider is best to have ?!
